Standard Delivery & Pickup

• Our delivery and pickup service starts at $150 during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• The fee includes a standard drop-off at a ground-level, easily accessible location within 50 feet of the delivery vehicle.
• We require a minimum 3-hour time window for delivery and pickup. If you need a specific time, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Additional Fees May Apply For:

• Extended Carry Distance: If the drop-off point exceeds 50 feet from the truck.
• Stairs & Elevators: Locations requiring staircases, elevators, or multi-level access.
• Uneven Terrain: Deliveries over grass, sand, gravel, or other challenging surfaces may incur additional handling fees.
• After-Hours Service: Deliveries or pickups scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.
• Exact Time Requests: If you require a precise delivery or pickup time, additional charges may apply—please contact us for details.

Important Notes:

• Our team will handle the delivery and setup of all rental equipment, excluding table settings and chairs. Items will be placed in a designated area, and additional setup services can be arranged separately if required.
• Please ensure someone is on-site to receive the rental items and provide clear access for our crew. If no one is available, please arrange for open access to facilitate seamless delivery.
• Rental items must be returned to the same location for pickup.
